Dexter and The Moonrocks Bronx Concert reviews
Imagine Dragons was a crowd pleaser!
"We arrived to a pumped crowd as Dexter and The Moonrocks started. The energy did not let down until the crowd left, with the show opening with Radioactive. Other songs were interspersed with all of the hits being played. "Rise Up" was something I was glad to hear. Dan Reynolds disappeared from the stage about halfway through the show, only to be found walking through the crowd. The band then played three acoustic songs in front of the lawn. The entire show required a lot of crowd involvement and was played with the crowd. The final four songs really left the crowd fulfilled, starting with "Demons", moving into "Thunder", then "On Top of the World" finishing with "Believer." A great message of needing and seeking help is not a weakness was conveyed by the band, which is a big point I would make. On a personal note, it takes a lot to put yourself out there day after day, and I applaud Dan Reynolds and the band for this."
